Join me for three days of learning to love your body. For what it is. For what it can do. For how it can make you feel.

This is an online workshop each morning over the three days 10am - 10.45am.

Understand our perceptions of our bodies, and where and how our perceptions are influenced on a daily basis.

Learn to recognise the negative behaviours we are using to constantly compare ourselves to others.

Understand how diet and exercise can affect not only how we look and feel, but also how we perceive how confident we are.

You will find a new appreciation of your body, and with the tools I give you in this workshop you will be able to look after it a lot better confidently and unapologetically!
