Hayley is a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach with a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science degree.
Hayley specialises in weight management, providing education and behaviour change strategies to achieve health, strength and confidence. Hayley is an Advanced Mat Pilates instructor and incorporates the principles of Pilates into all programmes to promote muscle balance and good postural alignment to promote wellness and reduce the risk of injury.
Hayley continues to train and expand her knowledge and skill base in order to provide the most effective training for her clients, in and around Essex.
