HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
Most people chose between one and two contact sessions per week. It is important to note that in order to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle you should aim to increase physical activity to at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity 5 days per week equating to approximately 150 minutes (ACSM Guidelines). 2-3 days per week should include some form of resistance training.
As part of your programme Hayley may ask you to increase your weekly activity levels in addition to the time spent exercising during your session.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The cost of each session will depend on the package that you choose. These packages include 1:1 coaching; couples training; small group training; and online options. For more information please see the PRICES page.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Hayley will provide everything you need for each session, including mats, weights, bands etc. All equipment is thoroughly checked prior to each session. Should you wish to use your own equipment you do so at your own risk so these should be checked for damage prior to the session.
You should always have a water bottle with you to stay hydrated and it is expected that you have taken on plenty of water prior to the session.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Hayley will confirm all sessions at the beginning of each week. Should you need to cancel a pre-arranged session you must give 24hours’ notice where possible to avoid a cancellation fee.
