We all know making any change to your lifestyle is a big deal. Whether it is having the confidence to just get yourself into a pair of shorts, being able to say no to that last Rolo, getting off the bus a stop earlier, or if its a complete fitness and nutrition overhaul you want to achieve. Hayley will be there every step of the way to support you, giving you the tools you need for success and to ensure you celebrate the small wins that eventually lead to huge changes!

Hayley is a qualified Exercise Referral trainer and Pre & Postnatal instructor meaning that some health conditions that may otherwise prevent you from exercising are safe to do so under Hayley’s supervision*.

Training sessions take place in the privacy and comfort of your own home, or local outdoor space. Sessions are available for all levels of fitness and experience,  Monday to Friday between 6am - 9pm. Weekend sessions are rarely available but if you would like to be added to the waiting list then mention this when making an appointment.

PERSONAL HEALTH PROFILE

90 minutes

Each new client is invited to undergo a comprehensive goal setting session; and fitness and mobility assessment.

Essential in benchmarking progress, this session is the cornerstone of creating a safe and effective exercise programme designed specifically for your individual requirements.

You will receive your own PERSONAL HEALTH PROFILE detailing your GOALS, your CURRENT LEVEL OF FITNESS and a TRACKER for you to monitor your progress.

*under some circumstances it may be necessary for you to obtain written clearance from your GP before commencing an exercise programme.
