24 hours notice must be given for cancellation otherwise payment will be charged in full.

Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for exercise must be worn for PT sessions. Equipment will be provided where appropriate. 

Payment is required in advance of the session either in cash or by bank transfer.

Packages must be used within the timeframe stated. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions. 

You may be asked to provide clearance from your doctor before exercising.
