Nutrition is one of the cornerstones of good health. So the saying goes, “you can’t outrun a bad diet”. Meaning that no matter how much you exercise you will remain unhealthy if you do not fuel your body correctly to meet the constant demands of our bodily systems.

I have created the following resources for you to hold your hand on your journey to understanding what foods you need, why you need them, and when you need them. By understanding a number of fundamental rules you will be able to make better choices for yourself as opposed to what some FAD diet says you should be doing, which can be detrimental to your health in the long term.

There is no calorie counting here. Food is such a huge part of our lives, and it means different things to each of us. We use it to socialise, to comfort, to celebrate and often to commiserate. I am going to show you how you can still enjoy the food you love whilst balancing a combination of carbohydrates, protein and fats to make you feel much more energised, to feel focused and strong and to be able to live your fullest life.
