“I can highly recommend doing the Rejuven8 Programme. As I get older, I worried about my physical health, my weight and my mental health. I wanted to be able to have the energy to look after and play with my grandchildren for many more years. Also to be able to engage in physical activities for as long as I can.
Since being on the programme , I have learnt so much about myself. My strengths and weaknesses, what muscles I need to strengthen for me to function better. I am enjoying the resistance training as I know the benefit I will get from it. Instead of thinking, I can’t do that exercise, I am now doing them, knowing that I can improve each time I do it, and this weakness will eventually become a strength.
This programme has given me a new lease of life, I now am more aware of the food I eat, I get up in the morning looking forward to whatever exercise I have planned to do today. I am now getting into the habit of drinking more water each day.
