This is a really relaxed class, no pressure. Just drop in and out of exercises as and when your baby needs you. It’s a really good way to meet other local new mums too!

This beginners class focuses on learning correct posture set up, breathing, and “layer1” of the basic Pilates exercises.
This class is perfect for anyone who hasn't done Pilates before or who is returning to Pilates after a long break and wants a refresh of techniques.
