Beginners Mat Pilates is a 4 week course learning the basics of Pilates. All ages, genders and abilities welcome but please note this is a beginners class and we will be concentrating on the fundamentals of Pilates addressing postural alignment and how to engage core muscles for strength.
Pilates is a mind-body work out to help you learn to move efficiently whilst developing flexibility and core strength.
Classes take place in the studio attached to the Collier Row Chiropody Clinic and numbers are limited. Booking is essential and no drop-ins are admitted.
